KEY STAGES OF YOUR DESIGN PROJECT
1. INITIAL MEETING
Successful interior design begins with open, friendly communication. We look for a good fit in both style and outlook. At our first meeting, we get to know you and discuss your project, priorities, timeline and preferred interior style. Your satisfaction guides our work, so we organise the entire process around your individual needs, habits and lifestyle.
2. MEASUREMENTS AND SURVEY PLAN
Before design begins, we measure and photograph the property, including rooms, window and door openings, and existing utilities. We prepare our own measured floor plan showing the geometry and structural elements. The accuracy of this stage is essential to the entire project.
3. DESIGN BRIEF AND AGREEMENT
The design brief provides the foundation for layout options and the future interior. At this meeting, we explore the project in greater depth and discuss interiors and design ideas that appeal to you. Together, we establish a clear vision for your space, guided by your budget and preferences.
4. SPACE PLANNING
We develop several layout options based on the property’s possibilities and your wishes. Understanding the value of every square metre, we organise the space thoughtfully and ergonomically. This stage lays the foundation for the interior and introduces the ideas behind the future design.
5. DESIGN CONCEPT AND VISUALISATION
Often the most eagerly awaited stage, visualisation gives you a clear impression of the design. It brings the complete future interior into focus, from the living room to the bathrooms.
6. CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS
We prepare the set of drawings builders need on site, with detailed information about finishes, construction work and the implementation of design solutions. Drawing on extensive experience of construction and completed interiors, we create clear, practical documentation that helps avoid unnecessary rework.
7. SCHEDULES AND SPECIFICATIONS
This stage includes schedules of finishes, furniture, sanitary fittings and lighting. Up-to-date prices, availability and delivery times are provided separately as part of our procurement service.

Kirill Sakharov, our founder and principal designer, personally develops the concept and space planning that form the foundation of the interior. Our boutique approach brings five specialists to each client. The studio head leads communication and the key creative stages. A 3D visualiser prepares photorealistic images, an architect produces the complete construction drawing set, and a procurement specialist arranges finishes and furniture. This team structure helps us meet deadlines while creating distinctive, individual interiors.
- We manage the entire process: the design project, design supervision, renovation, and purchasing materials and furniture. You do not need to find a building team, coordinate contractors, be constantly on site, deliver materials or negotiate with furniture makers. You can enjoy the process, review and accept the work, benefit from our partners’ discounts on furniture and finishes, and enjoy the finished result.
Having worked with many renovation contractors, we selected two teams that now regularly work on our projects. We recommend them as experienced principal renovation contractors. Our established communication allows us to resolve many questions remotely, without additional site visits, saving the client money.
We recommend completing the design first. A finished design project provides the basis for an accurate estimate of work and materials. With a completed project, the building team is responsible for errors in its calculations, and you have greater control over budget and timing. Without one, unagreed work may require extra agreements with unpredictable costs, and delayed design decisions may leave the building team waiting.
An experienced designer and reference images will help. The designer explores your preferences using images of existing interiors. Together, we identify a direction for your interior and set aside ideas that do not suit you.
We propose several directions during the concept stage, agree on one, and then begin 3D visualisation. We develop the single approved concept in 3D.
Furniture layout revisions are not limited. The concept stage includes three rounds of revisions, and the visualisation stage includes three rounds. In our experience, three rounds usually provide enough scope to reach a decision; we rarely need more.
We follow applicable housing requirements, consult approval specialists and observe the relevant standards. Layout changes often require additional approval services. Our partners can organise the approval process and provide the necessary advice.
Yes. Detailed construction drawings are included in the design project fee.
Electrical engineering, water supply and drainage, heating, ventilation and air conditioning designs are not included in the interior design fee. These are prepared by specialist engineering companies or our partners.
Only if changes are requested to stages that have already been approved and signed off.
We work in the mid-range and premium segments. A project can also include solutions using more affordable materials, furniture or construction methods.

We consult construction experts to check that our ideas can be built. An attractive idea that cannot be implemented should not enter the project: it could cause budget overruns, delays and redesign. The project includes the necessary specifications, wall elevations, technical details, build-ups and descriptions of construction solutions to minimise the risk of extra costs from impractical designs.
