We assign a working group of five employees to each project. The designer develops the concept of the future interior and plans the space, the 3D visualizer makes photo-realistic images of the future premises, the architect makes a full set of working drawings, the selector procures finishing materials and furniture. This model of separation of duties on projects helps us to meet deadlines, consider details, not to miss any nuance and think over the interior thoroughly.

We used to work with different repair contractors. From a huge number of construction teams, we have chosen only two teams that now constantly work with our objects. We can recommend them as experienced specialists as the main repair contractor.

Our studio does not recommend you to act this way because only a finished design-project guarantees an exact calculation of the cost of works and materials.

With project:
- any mistake in the calculations of the construction team is the responsibility of the team
- the more control over both the cost and the deadline of the work

Without project:
- any unspecified type of work on the object is an additional agreement with an unpredictable cost.
- a threat of a wasted time for a construction team (if a client does not make any decision for a long time during a design approval)

In this situation, we have two things that can help us: an experienced designer and references. The designer acts as an interior "psychologist" and uses supportive images of ready-made interior designs (references). It helps to understand better the vector of the work and to get rid of wrong ideas.

During the work on the concept, we offer a few variants of the future interior, and then we approve one of them and get started a 3D visualization stage. We make only one concept in 3D.

On the planning stage (furniture arrangement), there is no limiting.

On the concept stage: 3 changes.

3 changes is a comfortable number for making a decision. We seldom move beyond 3 changes.

We know and comply with the norms of the housing code. We consult with specialists about the approval and upholding standards. While working on planning decisions, additional replanning services are often required. Our partners will be able to organize an approval process and give necessary advice.

Yes, detailed working drawings are included in the cost of the design-project.

Electrical, water supply and sanitation projects, as well as projects of heating, ventilation and conditioning systems are not included in the cost of the design project.

Yes, it is possible, but only if we edit already approved and signed stages of the project.

We work with mid- and high-range segments, but some decisions that require the usage of more budget-friendly materials, furniture and structural elements, can be included in a design project.

To make sure that our ideas can be realized technically, we consult construction experts and instructors. Any good but unrealizable idea should not be included in a design project, otherwise, it can lead to exceeding the budget, breaking deadlines, replanning projects and other problems linked with the repair of the apartment. A design project includes all the necessary specifications, elevation drawings, technical units, layers of constructions, and descriptions of construction decisions. All this is included in a project to minimize the risk of overpayments for a client due to the implementation of unrealized construction decisions.
