Personal Data Processing Policy

This Personal Data Processing Policy has been prepared in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006, “On Personal Data”. It sets out the procedure for processing personal data and the measures taken by Kirill Anatolyevich Sakharov (the “Operator”) to protect personal data.
1.1. Respect for human and civil rights and freedoms when processing personal data, including the rights to privacy and to personal and family confidentiality, is a primary objective and a condition of the Operator’s activities.
1.2. This Policy applies to all information the Operator may obtain about visitors to https://sakharovdesign.com.

2.2. Blocking personal data: temporarily suspending its processing, except where processing is necessary to clarify the data.

2.7. Operator: a public authority, municipal authority, legal entity or individual that, independently or jointly with others, organises and/or processes personal data and determines the purposes of processing, the data to be processed and the operations to be performed on it.
2.8. Personal data: any information directly or indirectly relating to an identified or identifiable User of https://sakharovdesign.com.
2.9. User: any visitor to https://sakharovdesign.com.
2.10. Provision of personal data: actions intended to disclose personal data to a particular person or a defined group of people.
2.11. Dissemination of personal data: actions intended to disclose personal data to an undefined group of people, or to make it available to an unlimited number of people, including publication in the media or on information and telecommunications networks, or providing access by any other means.
2.12. Cross-border transfer of personal data: transferring personal data to a foreign country’s public authority, a foreign individual or a foreign legal entity within the territory of that country.
2.13. Destruction of personal data: actions that irreversibly destroy personal data so that its content cannot be restored in a personal data information system, and/or destroy the physical media on which it is held.
3. Personal data the Operator may process
3.1. Surname, first name and patronymic.
3.2. Email address.
3.3. Telephone numbers.
3.4. Photographs.
3.5. The Website also collects and processes anonymised visitor data, including cookies, through web analytics services such as Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics and others.
3.6. Throughout this Policy, the above information is collectively referred to as Personal Data.
4. Purposes of processing personal data
4.1. The User’s personal data is processed to provide information by email; to enter into, perform and terminate civil-law contracts; and to give the User access to services, information and/or materials on the Website.
4.2. The Operator may also notify the User about new products and services, special offers and events. The User may unsubscribe at any time by emailing Interior.sakharov@gmail.com with the subject “Unsubscribe from notifications about new products, services and special offers”.
4.3. Anonymised User data collected through web analytics services is used to understand how Users interact with the Website and to improve its quality and content.
5. Legal grounds for processing personal data
5.1. The Operator processes the User’s personal data only when the User independently enters and/or submits it through the dedicated forms at https://sakharovdesign.com. By completing these forms and/or submitting personal data to the Operator, the User agrees to this Policy.
5.2. The Operator processes anonymised User data when the User’s browser settings permit it, with cookies and JavaScript enabled.
6. Collection, storage, transfer and other processing of personal data
The Operator protects the personal data it processes through the legal, organisational and technical measures necessary to meet the requirements of applicable personal data protection legislation in full.
6.1. The Operator safeguards personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent unauthorised access.
6.2. The User’s personal data will never be transferred to third parties, except where required to comply with applicable law.
6.3. If the User identifies inaccuracies in their personal data, they may update it by emailing the Operator at Interior.sakharov@gmail.com with the subject “Update of personal data”.
6.4. Personal data is processed for an unlimited period. The User may withdraw consent at any time by emailing the Operator at Interior.sakharov@gmail.com with the subject “Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing”.
7. Cross-border transfer of personal data
7.1. Before transferring personal data across borders, the Operator must ensure that the foreign country to which the data will be transferred provides reliable protection for data subjects’ rights.
7.2. Personal data may be transferred to countries that do not meet these requirements only with the data subject’s written consent to the cross-border transfer and/or to perform a contract to which the data subject is a party.

8.1. The User may obtain clarification on any matter concerning the processing of their personal data by emailing the Operator at Interior.sakharov@gmail.com.
8.2. Any changes to the Operator’s personal data processing policy will be reflected in this document. This Policy remains in effect indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
