Apartment in a new residential building

Designed for

What mattered to the client

Project highlights

A couple with a four-year-old son.

The client chose both the apartment and the residential development for their contemporary, slightly Brutalist character. At our first meeting, he said, “No classical interiors — I’m not that old yet.” That became our starting point.

We needed to move away from classical styling, create a comfortable and functional home for the family, and reflect the architectural character of the development.

Paintings, bold patterns, decorative plaster and distinctive design pieces turn this apartment into a gallery of contemporary art.

The finished interior

A contemporary, luxurious interior with a confident sense of presence.
