Apartment in a new residential building
What mattered to the client
A young, ambitious client who wanted a home that reflected her style and personality. The layout was designed around her preferences and future plans. The second bedroom was deliberately left without a fixed purpose so it could adapt to future needs.
Functionality, individuality and harmony were the main priorities. The client wanted cool, neutral shades with bright accents, keeping the interior calm without making it monotonous.
The interior combines cool blues, warm beige and delicate orange accents. Blue runs through every room: in the kitchen splashback tiles, curtains, sofa and armchair upholstery in the living room, and the entrance hall’s mosaic panel.
The main bathroom uses neutral tiles with fine veins resembling natural marble. A vanity base with a decorative gold finish provides a refined, luxurious accent.
The main bedroom has a welcoming beige-and-grey palette. Grooved wall mouldings add depth and texture, becoming a distinctive decorative feature.
Contemporary and stylish yet welcoming, the interior brings together precise lines, a considered palette and contrasting textures. The rooms feel coherent and harmonious, reflecting the owner’s taste and character. Every detail has its place, balancing function with aesthetics.
